Acumen Equities Limited was established as a Real Estate and Property Management Company in Ongata Rongai, Kajiado County with footprints in Nairobi and other towns in Kenya. Our main objective is to expand business in the field of property management and development of a strong base of key customers in Kenya and in the diaspora.
Built upon decades of success, the company attracts a wide range of residential and commercial tenants and landlords. Our founders established a challenge that all landlords faced with, keeping up with property maintenance, arrears of unpaid rent, destruction of properties by tenants, unpaid electricity and water bills, security issues, disposal of garbage etc.
With this knowledge, the founders decided to ease the burden from the landlords by partnering with them so that they could realize their return on investment through professional management of properties.
